"Tracy Ann ... I reach out to share something with you.

Recently I was mentoring another woman and I thought of something you said to me that I took to heart - and I found myself giving my mentee the same advice you gave me. Here is what I remember the situation to be:

At one point in my previous organization, leadership suggested you as my executive coach and we met once to explore taking the engagement forward. At the time I was working 60-80 hours/week and decided that I could not make the time for executive coaching. You told me it was ridiculous that I could not find the time needed for myself and my career development. Shortly after we met, I decided to leave the company (not because of our exchange!!!). I am now with an organization in the same industry, I am passionate about what I do, my work hours vary depending on projects, and I have a balanced life. I am happy and thriving.
