Tracy Ann custom designed a twelve-month leadership development program to support building local capabilities and the next generation of Hong Kong-based talent. She was the architect of the program design and ensured the overall framework was fluid enough to address “in the moment” business and leadership challenges. All of the material for the program was professionally produced and well designed. Tracy Ann provided an experiential, creative and pragmatic approach and was a partner in the program’s success. Her “can do” attitude, humor and flexibility make her fun to work with.
